This notice explains how Wrap Up Bookkeeping, LLC handles information submitted through this website. Client portal services and third-party websites have their own privacy notices.
Information you provide
The inquiry form collects your name, email address, optional business name, selected service, message, and any pricing estimate you attach. We use this information to review your request and contact you about our services.
How inquiries are handled
Inquiries are saved in the website’s database and made available through an owner-restricted inbox. Our hosting providers process this information to operate the website. When email delivery is enabled, Resend processes inquiry notifications and confirmation emails. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
Browser storage and abuse prevention
The pricing calculator temporarily stores your selection in your browser tab so it can follow you to the contact form. This selection expires after one hour and is cleared when you remove it or submit an inquiry. The website also uses a hashed network address, or email address as a fallback, to limit repeated form submissions. Hosting services may process technical request logs for operation and security.
Website traffic
We measure public page visits, pricing-tool use, and estimate-link clicks to understand how our website is used. A random identifier in your browser tab groups activity into visits and renews after 30 minutes of inactivity. Analytics records include the public page path, referring website hostname when available, device category, and time. They do not contain your name, email, form message, IP address, or URL query parameters. Recent activity is available only to the website owner; records older than 90 days are periodically removed. We honor browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals for this measurement.
Budget workspace
If you create a Budget Workspace, we store your verified email address, business names, account nicknames, manually entered monthly balances, reserves, debt rates and payment estimates, cash forecast assumptions, and monthly budget amounts. We use Supabase to provide email authentication and store your budget, and Resend to deliver sign-in codes. Your budget is associated with your account and is not visible to other budget users. Authorized service operators may access stored information to provide support and operate the service.
Necessary, secure cookies keep you signed in for up to 30 days. Sign-in codes expire in 10 minutes. Hashed network and email identifiers help limit repeated sign-in requests. Sample-workspace changes are not saved. We do not connect to your banks or collect bank credentials. Budget values are not included in website analytics, and creating an account does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Your saved workspace remains available until you request deletion. You can download your budget data from the workspace. To request account and budget deletion or help correcting information, email info@wrapupbookkeeping.com from your account email.
What to leave out
Please do not submit tax IDs, bank account details, tax documents, or passwords through the inquiry form. Existing clients should use the client portal for sensitive documents.

Free accounting and budget workspace
When you verify your email, we record your email address, signup date, last workspace access, and whether you have started accounting. The website owner can view these signup details and receives signup notifications. Creating a workspace does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
We store the business names, account names, balances, chart of accounts, and transactions you save to provide your books, budgets and reports. CSV files are parsed in your browser; selected transaction rows are saved when you post the import. Use account nicknames rather than full bank account numbers. Authentication and workspace storage use Supabase; sign-in emails and owner signup notifications use Resend.
You can download your saved workspace data. Contact info@wrapupbookkeeping.com to request deletion of your workspace.
