Website terms of use

Published November 5, 2026

These terms address use of the website and free online tools provided by Wrap Up Bookkeeping, LLC, including the accounting workspace, budget workspace, and calculators.

Website tools and professional services

Website information and calculator results are general educational and planning resources. Results depend on your entries and the assumptions and limitations shown in each tool. Review them before relying on them for a business, tax, or financial decision.

Using a free tool, creating a workspace, or sending an inquiry does not by itself engage Wrap Up to prepare or file a return, maintain your books, monitor a deadline, or provide individualized professional advice. Paid services require a separate agreement defining the work and fees. That agreement controls those services, including its own governing-law or dispute provisions.

Your workspace and records

Use an email address you control and protect your sign-in codes. Enter only information you are authorized to use, including when maintaining books for a client. You are responsible for reviewing entries, imports, classifications, and reports for accuracy and completeness, and for retaining appropriate source records and independent copies of important data.

Do not use the website to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or upload unlawful or malicious material. Use the secure client portal, rather than an inquiry form, when sharing sensitive documents for an agreed professional service.

Availability and other services

Tools may be updated, interrupted, or unavailable. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or that a calculator covers every circumstance. Keep copies of records needed for filing, reporting, or other deadlines. These statements do not exclude responsibilities or remedies that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

External services, including the client portal and linked third-party websites, may have their own terms. See our privacy notice for information about website data and our accessibility page for help using the site.

Governing law: New York

These website terms and contractual disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without applying conflict-of-laws rules that would select another jurisdiction’s laws. Applicable federal law and any rights or protections that cannot lawfully be waived remain in effect.

This provision does not change the law governing a separate written client engagement agreement, require arbitration, or designate an exclusive court or place for a lawsuit.

Updates and questions

Updates will be posted with a revised publication date and will apply prospectively. Posting changes does not retroactively alter an existing dispute or amend a separate signed agreement. Where acceptance is required by law, posting alone does not replace that requirement.
